NICE Systems announced the acquisition of CyberTech International on February 15, 2011. Together with CyberTech, the NICE portfolio offers complementary solutions for compliance recording with a low total cost of ownership and broadens NICE’s trading floor offering. In addition, the combined portfolio strengthens NICE’s commitment to small and medium businesses (SMB) and enhances the Public Safety offering.
Cybertech Call Recording Solutions have a long established track record within small and medium sized enterprises and support all of the major Telephony Manufacturers through their "Myracle Call recording suite".
Some of the key features of Cybertech Myracle include:
- Scalability - Cybertech can scale from a single stand alone server servicing a single site, through to distributed deployments - all utilising the same software suite.
- Web Based Management - the Cybertech system is managed from a web console, supporting flexibile administration options without dedicated management consoles.
- Support for both Traditional and IP Telephony Systems - the same Cybertech system can be used to manage both traditional TDM and IP based PBX solutions with no changes in hardware required.
- Tamper Proof Recordings - Cybertech uses enterprise class encryption systems to ensure that recordings cannot be altered or edited. Recordings on the Cybertech system are submissable within a court of law. This also ensures that the product complies with the PCI DSS
- Extensive Logging - all operations of the system are logged. Any playback or download of any recording is logged providing a full audit trail of who has accessed each recording and when.
